       STORE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY


Customers must return unopened, unused products within 5 business days of purchase. product must be in its original condition and packaging. Used or open products with or without original packaging will not be returned due to hygiene and safety concerns. To ensure a smooth process its always advisable to keep the original receipt or proof of purchase. All refunds will be issued as a store credit or same product exchange. Returns / Exchanges will be processed with in 5 to 7 business days after they are received back into our inventory.
                                                                           
                                                                           Shipping Policy
  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled after they have been placed.

  • Hours of operation are 9 AM - 6 PM EST Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays)

  • Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to update once you receive a tracking number.

  • One shipping address destination per order. We cannot ship to multiple addresses under a single order.

  • International shipments are subject to customs procedures for clearance, which can influence the original delivery estimates.

  • All listed product pricing are quoted in USD. All prices at checkout and while shopping are displayed in your selected local currency.

  • Shipping, duties, taxes, and applicable fees are nonrefundable for refused or undeliverable shipments.

  • Taxes and duties will vary by country/region of the shipping destination and determined during checkout.

  • International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Box, APO/FPO addresses.
